We have two of these space heaters and really love them. However, at one point, one of them would suddenly cut off after several minutes of use. I tried a reset method that the manual recommends but nothing happened. The problem was solved after calling their customer support, it was actually quite easy to fix, involving a bit of cleaning. It's now fully functional and I've not encountered other problems so far.

It may sound odd to some but the design and handle of this heater makes it a quite portable machine. It is fairly lightweight, certainly lighter than some of the models I've seen before, makes it easier to move around. The heat settings allow you to choose the amount of heat blasting at you. It's very stable, providing constant heat every time. It was a great purchase.
